Dispatch & Delivery Times
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of confirmed payment.
Czech Republic: Typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.
International: Typically 3–7 business days depending on the destination country.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Parcel status can be tracked on the Packeta tracking page.
Payment Methods
Online Card Payment
Pay securely with your debit or credit card via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card details are never stored on our servers — all transactions are processed directly by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when you collect your parcel at the Packeta pickup point. This option is available for orders within the Czech Republic. A small COD surcharge may apply (shown at checkout).
Secure Shopping
All payments are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections. Card payments are handled by Stripe — a globally trusted payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
